Creativity has many forms, and whilst we implement ours via photo, video and other forms of media for this digital world, we’re not limited and ever expanding.

Connection is the relationship or link between things, people, or ideas​. Connections make the world go round. We connect you with your audience through remarkable stories. And our connection to the work? We’re all artists. Seeking to share and create things that shift people to take action.

3. Passion

Passion is a zealous enthusiasm. A deep, sometimes overwhelming love or commitment to a hobby or profession. Passion breeds excellence. If you’re incredibly passionate about something, you won’t stop until it’s excellent. Our aim at Fortem is to hire passionate humans; creatives, strategists and executors so that we produce world class media and story driven content.

4. Ownership

Ownership is the act of taking responsibility, control, or possession over something—whether it’s a project, a decision, or an idea. True ownership goes beyond just having something; it’s about accountability, pride, and the commitment to see things through. While many associate ownership with physical property, it extends to mindset, actions, and the way we show up in the world. We take ownership in how we create, communicate, and contribute—always pushing forward, always evolving.

5. Effort

Effort is the energy, intention, and persistence we put into something—whether it’s a project, a goal, or personal growth. It’s not just about working hard; it’s about showing up consistently, pushing through challenges, and striving for progress. Real effort isn’t always loud or visible, but it’s what separates intention from action. In everything we do, effort is the driving force that turns ideas into reality and potential into achievement.
